We have just had confirmation that we can use the pitch in Tavira again from next week, but because of COVID vaccinations during the day the only availability is in the evening from 9.30 pm until 11 pm.
Further to the recommencement of our sessions, please could you continue to bring both a yellow and a red shirt/bib to sessions. We will not be using communal bibs going forward.
We have ordered some reversible yellow/red bibs for those who did not previously get the right coloured bibs, but for now please ensure you bring both with you.
A massive thank you to Charlie and everyone who helped out today; we now have new nets ready for you at Olhanense in preparation for resumption of activities next week.
We are finally able to restart our weekly sessions from Monday May 3rd, but all will be held at Olhão for now.
Under the current proposals announced recently we will be able to recommence playing from the 3rd of May.
Further to the Governmental announcement yesterday regarding confinement/lockdown, all sessions at both our venues are suspended until further notice. Hopefully the current rise in COVID-19 cases will be stemmed and some semblance of normal business will be resumed soon. We once again thank you for your patience.
Another one of those “everything is changing” posts from us!
Due to the travel restrictions between municipalities over the next 2 weeks on the holidays we have had to make some changes to the sessions.
We are grateful that we have been able to continue using the pitch at Olhanense for our sessions.
After the latest round of measures introduced by the authorities (and especially in light of Faro and Tavira being added to São Bras in the high-risk areas) we have sought clarification about travel between municipalities.
