There are three Annual tournaments held every year in the Algarve.
The International Albufeira Walking Football Cup is held every March. All details on this event can be obtained by e-mailing Gary at firstname.lastname@example.org
There are also two International Tournaments held in Vilamoura in May and October and hosted by Browns Sports and Leisure Club. More information on these is available via their website contacts at brownsclub.com.
We have no direct affiliation with these tournaments or organisers (who should be approached directly for information), but we do usually enter teams at all of them
We hold tournaments in the Eastern Algarve on a fairly informal and ad-hoc basis, with teams from both the Algarve and Europe competing in a relaxed environment with the emphasis on friendship (although all teams want to win as well!).
We also hosted the first Olhao International Festival of Walking Football in Olhao in November 2018; this may become a regular event. Please contact us for more details.
The tournaments are usually followed by a celebration dinner and the odd beer or 20!
